Jennifer Davis

Realtor, Auctioneer & Professional Local

Jennifer Davis is a Realtor®, Auctioneer, and storyteller based in Middle Tennessee. She grew up in Cross Plains on her family’s farm, where childhood meant Tennessee Walking horses, fishing, and roaming the countryside. Those early roots instilled a deep love for land, community, and making the most of every season of life.

Roots and Education

Jennifer graduated from White House High School, earned an Associate’s degree from Volunteer State Community College, and a Bachelor’s in English from Austin Peay State University. She later attended graduate school at Cumberland University, focusing on Public Service Management & Rural Land Use .

Her career has always been tied to agriculture, business, and community — whether in Tennessee or across the country.

Alaska Years

In her twenties, Jennifer moved to Alaska, where she lived on and off for nearly a decade. There, she:

  • Worked with a small flight company on Lake Hood, flying freight into the Alaskan bush

  • Served as a manufacturer’s rep for Huntley & Associates

  • Sat on the Alaska Farmland Trust board

  • Led the Alaska Zero Waste Action Council

  • Contributed to the Alaska Food Security Policy Council

  • Helped launch the Alaska Farmers Market Co-Location Project

She also founded Balance Alaska, a consulting firm helping organizations with digital storytelling and online marketing.regon & Back Again

Orgaon and Back Again

Jennifer’s path took her family to Oregon, where she founded Organic Sandy, a food hub business connecting local farmers with schools, restaurants, and households. A food hub is designed to aggregate and distribute local farm products to expand the reach of small growers — blending Jennifer’s passion for farming with her experience in business development.

When her family returned to Tennessee, Jennifer started Rabbit Circle, offering agricultural tours that connected visitors to farms, food, and stories of Middle Tennessee.

Real Estate & Auctions

When the pandemic paused tourism, Jennifer leaned into her family’s tradition of resilience and problem-solving. She became a licensed Realtor® and, in 2023, earned her Auctioneer’s license.

Today, she works with families, landowners, and estates across Tennessee, combining traditional sales with the power of real estate auctions. She specializes in farms, recreational properties, estates, and unique rural properties.

Today

Jennifer lives on land once owned by her great-grandparents in Robertson County. She is raising her daughter, building her real estate and auction business, and writing about the people, places, and heritage of Tennessee. Her approach blends professionalism with deep local knowledge and a storyteller’s eye — always honoring the land and the families who call it home.
