The house was listed on September 4, 2022, at $298,000. It was on the market 43 days. It closed on December 6, 2022, at $275,000.

I represented the buyer.

That was $23,000 under the asking price.

I came back to this street a couple of years later. In 2025 I also handled the sale next door, at 207 Hamlett Dr. Same street, same town, different deal.

White House has a way of keeping people. It is close enough to Nashville for work and still has the feel of a smaller place. If you are buying in White House or anywhere in Robertson County, it helps to have someone who has already walked the street.
